A whole new approach to government

The Fijians have come up with an interesting way of forming an administration in the wake of the coup - cabinet jobs are being advertised in the classifieds of the Fiji Times according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Lest any of the rabble running this country fancy the rather better weather in Suva, candidates have to be of 'outstanding character'...

Rather splendidly the last line of the Fijian national anthem is 'and so on and so forth'

The Fijians give good coup, nobody get hurt and after a spot of paki bashing they all get back to business.

I `ve always thought it showed bad character that they dominate world sevens but can`t get a decent fifteen out for love nor money

Isn't that how Ruth Kelly got her job?

I've always had a sneaky suspicion she's just Euan Blair in disguise.
