London / South East Conservative bloggers alliance...

Or something very much like that. Dizzy, James and I have been kicking around the idea of creating an aggregation site linking our ideological and geographic soulmates. Although still at the planning stage, we were thinking of making it open to bloggers in these parts with Conservative leanings.

Within London, we were hoping that Resident Alien and Last Boy Scout would be interested, and a little bit further out, Ellee and maybe the Godfather himself, Mr Iain Dale.

So you are proposing an online club for right leaning southern jessies?

Blogger Croydonian said... 2:29 pm

That's one way of putting it. Are you a gritty (natch) Northerner then?

Godfather. Hmmmm. Quite like it. Been called a lot worse...

Please yourself. Don't mind us non-London/South Easterners. Anyway, we've got more water than you.

Iain - Particularly from Arsenal fans... Meanwhile watch out for oranges / orange juice, as they symbolise imminent hits in both the 'Godafther' films and 'The Sopranos'.

Peter - Now I've heard it all. That would like me wishing to be from Kent. Was the War of the Roses entirely in vain then?

I say what I like too, like Peter,I like being my own voice, but I enjoy like-minded company too. Tell me more.

UKDP - no snub intended. It started off as a Sarf London thing, but Dizzy was a bit more ambitious.

You count me in.

Resident Alien wishes to make it clear that he resides in Surrey!

Andrew - now, now. If you have an issue with Iain, could you take it up with him elsewhere, please?

OK - thanks for clarifying. Mutual wind ups are fine, but I have a rule against personal attacks on other posters.
