Shopping is the new sex - in internet search terms at least

The Sydney Morning Herald carries some research that appears to show that shopping related searches have overtaken those for porn. The search engines referred to in the study are all on the B list - no google, no yahoo, no MSN - so I'm not wholly convinced.

Can we keep any discussion of this PG-rated, please?

I would agree with Ellee,at this stage of the internet revolution you probably don't need to search for your favourite sites..

on a serious note, reading blogs has become my most time consuming internet activity--aside from work that is.

O/T where is that phone cam fool fellow.Has he reincarnated himself---again,the web is a poorer place for his abscence

I'm a sucker for ebay, although I've reined it in a bit of late. My favourite purchase is a Belmont chair - those rather nifty seats they have in old school gents barbers. Friends are divided between those who think I'm insane and those who are insanely jealous.

Yeah, I've been wondering about PCF - he does a great line in adding to the gaiety of the blogosphere.

Oddly enough, I thought of PCF last night and wondered where he is.

I wonder if Ebay would like to run a link from my site? I would be quids in.
