DPRK-ism o' the day

It is a good one:

"Herein lies the WPK’s invariable will to build a powerful socialist country that ensures the eternal prosperity of the nation under the blue sky of the country highly dignified with Songun and hand it down to posterity by racing against the time in the spirit and the mettle of having overcome manifold difficulties and built on the war debris a strong country independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence through a great Chollima upsurge".

I think punctuation is regarded as non-Juche.

Contrary to what one might think, a Chollima upsurge does not follow overindulgence in kimche, but is a reference to the DPRK equivalent of the Great Leap Forward, Chollima being a Korean Pegasus equivalent.

Elsewhere, the receipt of a letter certainly invigorated the populace of the DPRK:

"A Pyongyang mass rally [of over 100,000 citizens] took place at the Kim Il Sung Square Monday to respond to the letter of the employees of the Chollima Steel Complex and carry through the militant tasks laid down in the joint New Year editorial".

I wonder how they would react to a 'wish you were here' postcard?

Or a "Bons baisers de..." carte?

A frenzy of anti-revolutionary kissing?

Or even a 'Dear Kim' letter.
