Tory runners and riders for the mayoralty of London.
Things have livened up a bit today, with additional candidates prepared to step up to the crease.
So far Victoria Borwick, Warwick Lightfoot, Nicholas Boles, James Cleverly and Richard Barnes have taken up the challenge.
I would need to do rather more research before I would nail my colours to a particular mast, but Victoria Borwick has answered some questions I helped to draft over at Anyone but Ken and sounds eminently sensible. Fellow blogger and all round good guy James Cleverly also impresses.
Since we are on matters blue, here's a plug for new and updated Tory Radio. For those not entirely in sympathy with its aims, it can be sure to get the blood pressure going.

A Mayor needs more than being sensible, he/she needs to be tough and decisive and dynamic and have their finger on the pulse of a very dynamic city. We are coming up to the Olympics and this is the most exciting time in the city's history for a considerable time.
Rigger, don't be so daft, Victoria looks quite young and sprightly, though obviously not young enough for you.
