Yup, I'd noticed that too, but felt it detracted from my point about idiotic EDMs...
Not that I'm in favour of selective use of evidence, natch.
Problem is , from my experience of being asked to table such pointless things, is that the 'researchers', aka, inept interns/students/younger relatives of said MP's actually come up with amny of the questions.
The quality is inherently poor as a result. I like to think my EDM's were a touch above the average. Not really.
