Great speech. Lots of small c stuff to woo middle England and sensible types and lots of small p stuff to woo centrists. Despite what the Newsnight crew said, I think he has stepped up to the plate nicely.
Next election is now for Cameron to lose.

Yup, I thought it was a corker, although I thought the reference to his sleeping arrangements was deeply tacky.
