The things they say
Someone at TfL reacting to increasing crime / 'anti-social behaviour' on London buses:
"The vast majority of our passengers are unlikely to be the victim of crime on a London bus." Further details at the Standard's website. As is also noted, all of the most dangerous routes are North of the River, and involve the vile bendy buses.
So that's all right then. And the vast majority of my readers will not be killed, assaulted, robbed etc while at home, work or out and about this year.

As you said before, everything is sorted in London, so Ken can concentrate on national issues. He can relax until *only* 51% of passengers are victims of crime...

When was thuggishness/loutishness rechristened "anti-social behaviour"? I know it's been around for some time, but there is always a reason for manipulated - as opposed to normally evolved - language.

Besides - that is how some people socialise - by ripping up seats in public transport, steaming, threatening passersby, videoing each other stealing mobile phones, getting pissed in threateningly large groups. So how can such behaviour be labelled 'antisocial'?

Vile bendy buses - that's right. Over here, they've gone from those back to swifter, smaller buses.
