He thinks people want to feel safe "in their own NEIGHBOURHOODS ... and in their own COMMUNITIES!" He should have added AREAS and MILIEUS. And why did he leave out ENVIRONMENTS? Or maybe HOME ENVIRONMENTS.

He was not wordy and windy enough! We have come to expect more gas from this sour, sickening gargoyle.
