Dublin's latest tourist attraction

If Dublin Castle, the Joyce museum etc fail to satisfy, the Hibernian authorities have come up with something to thrill Dubliner and tourist alike:

"Gardaí will today display alcohol confiscated over three weekends from under 18s since new powers were introduced to crack down on street drinking".

Erm, surely folk lusting after empty bottles can just hang out by the nearest bottle bank, and those who like full bottles can station themselves in the nearest off licence?
