I have no idea how thorough it is in Germany, but I'm sure that it's better in Nigeria than here.

Excellent point about Nigeria, Ed.

In fact, with all those names, addresses and bank account numbers, the widows, who are dying of cancer, of deposed Nigerian government officers and who need to smuggle $100m out of the country for their children should be in clover for the next five or six years.
