Unison wants *you* to take a pay cut
Presuming you are on more than £94.83 a week, that is.
And here it is, in black and white, because Dave Prentis of Unison is four-square behind the 'Put People First! March for jobs, justice and climate', which is slated for the 28th of next month.
And this march seeks, and obviously will achieve, the following:
If inequality is to be ended, then we should all be on the worldwide average, which according to the most recent figure I can find is about $7000 p/a, so converting that to pounds and so forth gives the figure of £94.83 per week.

I am impressed that the recent bout of globalisation has lifted the mean that high.
I, for one, wouldn't mind earning that much if I lived in a cheap, hot country...

Yes, we were on the same wavelength. I think the 'nam would be a bit too hot for me, but Chile or Argentina have a certain appeal.
