I get a lot of spam inviting me to invest in herbal penis enlargement products. Given my - ahem - double endowment as previously advised, do you think they would give me a bulk discount?

That is quite possible, so maybe you should enquire. However, the Wall Street Journal (Yes. Really) investigated these products and concluded they were worthless.
