SWN - now there's a thought. I tend to think of Croydon as spiritually SE London, even though it was part of Surrey and you and I share an MEP.

Having said that - I didn't understand most of the questions.
Croydonian - when you say that you feel Croydon is "spiritually part of SE London" are you including Kenley, Coulsdon and Sanderstead ?

AK - I was thinking more of Croydon town rather than Croydon borough. I was born, not in a crossfire hurricane but at the leafier end of the borough, and it only took about 36 years for a homing instinct of sorts to kick in.
