I was going to add this as a comment over James Cleverly's place, but blogger beta seems to be behind my non ability to add comments.

Anyway, an outstandingly good broadcaster and sadly missed. However, betcha don't know, betcha don't care that Baxter was the uncle of "> Carl 'Tate Bricks' Andre.

Losing the ability to receive comments does rather put me off migrating to the beta version, although the business of allowing you to add tags to posts looks like a major advance.

Hi Guys,

I've had the same problem but on the non beta blogs.

What works for me is to not post under the blogger account option but to post under the 'other' option and fill in my name and web address manually.

Perhaps this will work the other way?

Aye.

I don't know if you know about it but blogger beta has a whole new code for the layout. So, if you have made extensive changes to your layout you might want to wait and see if blogger will let you keep your blog as it is layout wise but at the same time add labels if you are considering changing to beta.

It took me quite a while to fix my blog once I changed over.
